Job requirements:

Conversational Spanish
General Sales experience (any sales, does not have to be real estate)
Work Permit (cost is about $400 and we can help you with the process)
A 4x4 utility vehicle (you can get a decent one here for about $5,000)
Some money put aside for living expenses to get started

We will provide you with the training and support necessary to make sure you learn and are well educated in the real estate process in Costa Rica.  After all, you are a reflection of Pacific Tides Realty so it is in our best interest to train you properly.
