This 30 hectare property with its magnificent surroundings has 13 hectares in the maritime zone and 17 hectares located above the maritime zone. The property has 9 existing structures on it built with Costa Rica hardwoods on solid concrete foundation and with U.S. standards in electrical wiring all built in the early 2000's. The Upper Main Lodge has 2 stories with 2 full bathrooms on the upper floor and two half bathrooms on the lower floor. The kitchen area is a spacious 250 square feet which includes a fairly large storage area located beneath the kitchen floor. There are 3; 2-story upper cabins in the upper portion of property of identical dimensions with wrap around balconies totaling 500 square feet of living space for each. All cabins come equipped with full bathrooms and are all wired for electricity. The upper part of the property has a 16'x65' foot long pool with a 9'x8' Jacuzzi with a sitting deck on the side of the pool where you can sip cocktails and watch the sunsets. The pool is currently non-functional but with a little bit of work and a relatively small investment, it could be working in no time. The lower part of the property consists of a 1,400 square foot 2 story lower main lodge and it is equipped with a top of the line solar panel system. There are 3, 100 square foot cabins in the lower area equipped with lights, fans and electric. Adjacent to the cabins are 3 exterior full bathrooms. All of the buildings with bathrooms have separate septic tanks with leach systems. The Upper and Lower Lodges each come equipped with 4 1,100 liter (275 gallon) fresh water rain catch holding tanks. The final structure is a 40’x40’; 1,200 square foot boathouse equipped with full bathrooms is located on a small lagoon after the main dock entrance. Access to the property is boat only. There is no city electric, city water or phone lines available at the property. There is cell phone service however and cell service internet availability. Satellite TV is also available if so desired. Just 10 minutes by boat to the property and you can take La Trocha which is a canal waterway through the mangroves to the Rio Coto River and neighboring Zancudo beach in minutes.
